Role Purpose :-
The Production supervisor has primary responsibility for overseeing of production line. The roll is constantly managing multiple priorities across the shop floor on a shift. There is a high degree of in the moment Decision making that affects, safety, quality and delivery. The person can be based at Surat, Navsari and nearby Areas.

Maroli, Surat, Gujarat Internal Designation Production Supervisor Machine Shop Incharge / Supervisor
Team Size:- Individual Contributor Role
Deliverables:-
- Supervisor skill
- Assigns pneumatic, FSS Cutting and local schedules to ensure that production schedule met.
- Work with engineering term to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve productions problem.
- Generate ideas and implement changes in process and increase efficiency.
- Maintain line cleanliness through good housekeeping practices. Develop appropriate programs in area needing improvement planning.
- Responsible for pneumatic requisitions of material. (SAP transaction)
- Responsible for safety on the line and for adhering to all safety rules and programs.
- Other duty as assigned.
Core Performance Metric:-
Production Supervising, Shop Floor Control, Manpower Handling, Production Planning.
Non-negotiables :-
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Diploma – Mechanical & B.E/B. Tech – Mechanical Fresher can apply
- 0-5 years of experience, knowledge of ASME Codes
- Should have process knowledge like fabrication, assembly, shop floor.
- Demonstrated ability to direct to associates as well as plan, monitor and schedule work.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve the problems.
