Working on Hire-to-retire HR processes. Managing all post on-boarding activities for all new employees Performing confirmation, transfer, exit, and other related Maintain the statutory documentation for each employee. Managing employee records and updating salary entries/increment uploads; LTA entries; leave entries;organizational reporting changes; cost center changes; updating personnel information; etc. actions.Co-ordinating PF transfers, Superannuation payments. Creating different letters offer of employment, appointment, confirmation, transfer, experience
certificates, relieving letters, bonafide certificates, salary certificates, etc.
Addressing employee queries regarding policies, processes, benefits, etc
Performing and supporting the retirement and the voluntary separation activities.
Time and leave management for all employees, tracking the attendance and managing the Payroll of the company level.
Exit process and policy and attrition analysis with exit interviews and ensure smooth FNF process. Monthly HR operations related MIS.
