IPQA Activities
- Monitoring of all activities related to Production for any deviations of GMP.
- Monitoring and coordinating the raw material dispensing, finished product packing and labeling.
- Maintain process validations and equipment qualifications during execution.
- Issuance of formats, logbooks and documents to user departments.
- Review the product manufacturing records (BPCRs, MPCRs, Logbooks etc.), testing records.
- Monitor during in-process sampling, intermediate sampling, Finished product sampling packing and labeling.
AQA Activities
Review of analytical data and reports regarding raw materials, Intermediate, In- process, and finished products according to established procedures.
Review of stability samples analytical data, reports against approved protocol.
Responsible to review stability schedule and ensure analysis to be completed as per schedule.
Review and approval of method validation/verification protocols and reports.
Review of method validation/verification data and evaluation data against the approved protocol.
Review of calibration data and results for all instruments in Quality control laboratory as per schedule.
Preferred candidate profile
API Manufacturing experience is mandatory.
Preferable to work in shifts only.
