Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities
1.Person has to be expert in Granulation/Coating,Compression machines operationg
2.Familier with all lines of Machines ranulation/Coating,Compression machines
3.To Perform the Manufacturing Activity as per the SOP.
4.Operation, Cleaning and maintenance of the Manufacturing equipments/ Instruments as per SOP.
5.Calibration of the balances and other Instruments.
6.Online recording of the activity in the BMR and Log books.
7.Checking and recording of the in process parameter during manufacturing activity.
8.To ensure environmental condition are maintained during activity and its recording in the daily logbook.
9.To ensure the safety and hygiene during manufacturing process.
10.To carry out cleaning and sanitization of the area as per the SOP.
11.Follow the supervisor instructions to achieve departmental goal.
12.To report any incident or violation of GMP act to immediate supervisor.
13.To carry out the activity in effective manner to achieve departmental objective.
14.To maintain the cGMP environment in Manufacturing area.
15.Reading and understanding of the departmental SOP and be a part of the training.
16.Person has to be expert in Roll Compaction Granulation Operations.
17.Preferred to familiar with Roll Compactor. Additional knowledge of wet granulation-RMG,FBP.
18.To Perform the Manufacturing Activity as per the SOP.
19.Operation, Cleaning and maintenance of the Manufacturing equipments/ Instruments as per SOP.
20.Calibration of the balances and other Instruments.
