Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & validate LC-MS/MS methods for biotherapeutics in biological matrices.
- Optimize sample preparation (SPE, LLE, protein precipitation).
- Manage and maintain LC-MS/MS systems (e.g., Sciex Triple Quadrupoles).
- Ensure GCP/GLP compliance and maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate across QA, Project Management, and Clinical Teams.
Preferred Skills: Experience with immune purification techniques (e.g., ELISA).
