We are looking for a passionate and energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team! You will be responsible for identifying, screening, and engaging potential candidates, and helping build a strong hiring pipeline for our growing team.
✅ Key Responsibilities
๐ Source and screen resumes through job portals and social media
๐ Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with department heads
๐️ Maintain candidate database and hiring reports
๐ Assist with onboarding and documentation
๐งฉ Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
๐ฏ Requirements
๐ฃ️ Good communication skills in English
๐ Basic understanding of recruitment or willingness to learn
๐ป Tech background/interest is a plus
๐ฏ Self-motivated and detail-oriented
๐ฐ Salary & Incentives
๐ผ Base Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
๐ Incentives: Performance-based (earn up to ₹30,000/month total)
๐ Work Schedule

Days: 6 days a week
⏰ Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (with some flexibility)
