We are looking for a passionate and energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team! You will be responsible for identifying, screening, and engaging potential candidates, and helping build a strong hiring pipeline for our growing team.
✅ Key Responsibilities
🔍 Source and screen resumes through job portals and social media
📞 Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with department heads
🗂️ Maintain candidate database and hiring reports
📝 Assist with onboarding and documentation
🧩 Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
🎯 Requirements
🗣️ Good communication skills in English
📘 Basic understanding of recruitment or willingness to learn
💻 Tech background/interest is a plus
🎯 Self-motivated and detail-oriented
💰 Salary & Incentives
💼 Base Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
🎁 Incentives: Performance-based (earn up to ₹30,000/month total)
🕒 Work Schedule
📅 Days: 6 days a week
⏰ Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (with some flexibility)
