📝 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Review and annotate medical records (patient files, clinical documents)
✔️ Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, ICH, and GCP standards
✔️ Use ICD-10 and CPT codes accurately
✔️ Perform data validation and quality checks
🌙 Work in Night Shift (US Shift): 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Pharma
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in medical data entry, clinical data management, or healthcare documentation
• Mandatory: Prior night shift experience 🌙

🧠 Skills Required:

📘 Knowledge of FDA/EMA/ICH-GCP regulations
🧾 Familiarity with ICD & CPT codes
🧐 Strong attention to detail
