We are seeking a motivated Clinical Project Coordinator to join our growing clinical research operations team. The role involves supporting project managers in the planning, execution, and coordination of clinical trials. This position is an excellent opportunity for life science or pharmacy graduates who want to start their careers in the clinical research field and gain hands-on experience in project coordination.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of essential clinical trial documentation.
- Coordinate communication between clinical sites, sponsors, and internal teams.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Support project managers during start-up, monitoring, and close-out phases.
- Help organize and record project meetings, action items, and reports.
- Ensure all tasks are conducted according to GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
Education:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / M.Sc in Life Sciences or related disciplines.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or academic exposure in clinical research or related areas will be an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
