- Handle denial management and accounts receivable follow-up with US insurance companies.
- Identify and resolve billing issues, denials, and pending claims.
- Maintain daily productivity and quality standards.
- Document all interactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and ensure timely payments.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare).
- Strong understanding of R1, RCM, CPT, and ICD-10 codes (added advantage).
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English).
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US process).
- Immediate joiners preferred / Notice Period: 1 Month.
- Job Stability is a must.
