🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze patient medical records for accurate HCC coding
- Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM codes based on documentation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and payer guidelines
- Maintain productivity and quality targets consistently
💰 Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & skill)
