🧪 Detailed Job Responsibilities
1️⃣ Raw Material & Finished Product Analysis
Conduct analysis of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Finished Products, and Stability Samples.
Perform assay, dissolution, related substances, and other routine tests.
2️⃣ Instrument Handling (Hands-On Experience Required)
HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography)
UV-Vis Spectrophotometer
GC (Gas Chromatography) (if applicable)
Karl Fischer Titrator
Stability Chambers monitoring
3️⃣ Documentation & Compliance
Prepare STP, SOP, Specification Reviews, and ensure GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
Maintain laboratory data logs, instrument usage logs, and calibration records.
Ensure adherence to GMP/cGMP, 21 CFR compliance.
4️⃣ Quality Systems & Audit Support
Participation in Internal & External Audits
Handling of OOS, OOT, Deviations, CAPA
Implementation of corrective measures and root cause analysis.
🧠 Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of pharma formulations (OSD/Injections).
Hands-on experience with QC analytical instruments.
Knowledge of stability studies as per ICH guidelines.
Ability to interpret analytical data and troubleshoot instrument issues.
Excellent documentation & communication skills.
Ready to work in a regulated QC environment.
