📌 Job Description
We are looking for talented and experienced professionals for Process R&D roles. Candidates will work on API and intermediate synthesis, scale-up activities, and technology transfer within a dynamic research environment.

🧪 Hands-on R&D experience in APIs & intermediates (synthesis, process optimization)
⚗️ Support scale-up and technology transfer projects
📘 Ensure GLP & GDP compliance
🔬 Work on diverse, challenging R&D projects with end-to-end ownership
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional scientific teams
🎓 Qualifications
M.Sc. / M.Pharm / Ph.D. in Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Sciences / related field
1–7 years of experience in API / intermediate R&D
Strong knowledge of organic synthesis & process optimization
Understanding of GLP & GDP standards
Experience in scale-up & technology transfer (preferred)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
