Expertise: LC-MS/MS, PK assays, biotherapeutics (peptides/oligonucleotides), regulatory compliance (USFDA/EMA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & validate LC-MS/MS methods for biotherapeutics in biological matrices.
• Optimize sample preparation (SPE, LLE, protein precipitation).
• Manage and maintain LC-MS/MS systems (e.g., Sciex Triple Quadrupoles).
• Ensure GCP/GLP compliance and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate across QA, Project Management, and Clinical Teams.

Preferred Skills: Experience with immune purification techniques (e.g., ELISA).
