- Understanding of Analytical Techniques

- Review skills of BAR (Batch analytical record)

- Incidents, Change control, OOS and CAPA

2. TM/TL - DP Instrumentation & Automation(I &A)

- Vial Filling, Washing, Tunnel, VHP, PFS, Autoclave, Isolator, QMS, PLC, SCADA, HMI

- Understanding the program & Trouble shooting

3. TM - DP Mechanical

- Hands on experience with Vial line (Washing, Tunnel, Filling, Sealing Machine)maintenance

- PFS line , Autoclaves, Isolator, Part washer, Mixing Vessels, VHP Pass box maintenance & Troubleshooting

4. DP- Sterile Operations/ Fill finish/ QMS-DP

- Experience in DP - filling/washing and sterilization operations within GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), MES, QMS

5. MSAT - DP/ Injectable (Experience : 3 to 8 years)

- MSAT - DP - Product transfer / New product introduction, Technology Absorption, Support and execution of trial, scale up, manufacturing of clinical batches & Process validation batches and site to site transfer of biological/ injectable products and new products from R&D to manufacturing plant

Qualification:

M.Sc - Science or B.Tech / M.Tech -Biotechnology or Biochemistry or B.Pharm/M.Pharm , B.Tech / M.Tech- Mechanical, B.Sc , M.Sc
