🎓 Educational Qualification
- Must hold a Life Science degree (B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Nursing, Microbiology, Biotech, etc.)
🧑💼 Experience
- Minimum 3.5+ years of hands-on experience in HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) coding
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines
📜 Certification
- CRC (Certified Risk Coder) certification is mandatory
🛠️ Key Skills Needed
- Proficiency in HCC coding & risk adjustment models
- Good understanding of coding compliance and documentation standards
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and chart-review skills
