🔍 Job Responsibilities
As a Process Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Handling end-to-end claims processing for P&C / Marine / Auto / Healthcare domains
- Reviewing claim documents and validating information
- Coordinating with internal teams for claim investigation and resolution
- Ensuring claims are processed within SLA and with high accuracy
- Performing data entry, documentation, and claim status updates
- Identifying discrepancies, fraud indicators, or missing information
- Supporting process improvements and quality initiatives
- Communicating with stakeholders professionally when required
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduation
- Not Eligible: LLB, Pharma, Diploma candidates
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in claims processing
- Experience must be in end-to-end claim handling
- Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Good English communication
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of insurance domain (P&C / Marine / Auto / Healthcare)
