🧪 Skills: Equipment validation (Filling, Autoclave, etc.)
📆 Experience: 3–6 years
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

🔍 3. QA – IPQA

📋 Skills: Line clearance for production
📆 Experience: 3–10 years
🎓 Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

🧾 4. QA – QMS

🛡️ Skills: Investigations, CAPA, deviations, complaints, recall
📆 Experience: 12–16 years
🎓 Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

🏭 5. OSD Production

⚙️ Skills: Coating, compression, granulation, capsule handling
