🔹 Key Responsibilities
- 🧬 Method Development & Validation: Design & validate bioanalytical methods using LCMS, HPLC, HPTLC, GCMS.
- ⚙️ Instrument Calibration & Maintenance: Perform routine calibration & maintenance of analytical instruments.
- 🔬 Sample Analysis: Analyze biological samples with accuracy & compliance to study protocols.
- 📑 Regulatory Compliance: Follow GLP & USFDA guidelines; maintain audit-ready documentation.
- 🤝 Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve productivity & TAT.
- ✍️ Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records ensuring data integrity.
✅ Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- 🛠️ Technical Expertise: Proficient with LCMS, HPLC, HPTLC, GCMS instruments.
- 📜 Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with GLP / USFDA guidelines.
- 🗣️ Communication Skills: Strong verbal & written communication.
- 👥 Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively.
- 🧑🔬 Experience: 2–6 years in a bioanalytical laboratory, method development & validation.
