💊 Medication Management:
- Dispense prescribed medications to patients based on physician orders.
- Ensure correct dosages, check drug interactions, and contraindications.
- Prepare IV medications, chemotherapy, and other special treatments.
📦 Inventory Management:
- Manage and store pharmaceutical supplies and medications.
- Maintain stock levels, monitor expiry, and ensure proper procurement.
- Liaise with suppliers for stock replenishment.
✅ Quality Assurance & Safety:
- Monitor medication therapy for safety and effectiveness.
- Implement hospital protocols and safety regulations.
- Participate in medication error reporting and corrective actions.
📜 Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal pharmacy laws.
- Maintain records for controlled substances and regulated drugs.
